mager

Ann is the Director of Development at Zen Peacemakers. Her professional experience is in development, marketing and public relations. She earned her degree with honors in English Literature at Smith College where she was an Ada Comstock Scholar. She studied for her Masters Degree at Wesleyan University. Ann was the Director of Marketing and PR at Miss Porter's School. She was the Director of External Affairs at Simon's Rock College, and Vice President for External Affairs at Franklin College in Lugano, Switzerland. She recently returned to the Pioneer Valley after living for three years on Lake Como, Italy.

Ann is most interested in working with donors who want to use their financial resources to improve our society for the benefit of all its members. "When my son was young, we often read a book called Miss Rumphius. It was the story of a woman who spent her life exploring the world and trying to find her own way to make it a more beautiful place. This is also my quest ."

Ann is a poet and writer whose work has appeared in literary journals, and in The Sun: A Journal of Ideas. She is the proud mother of a 24 year old man, Julian.
